looking at openmoko two ideas come to mind which i would like to realise:
- establish a connection with a large mobile operator :-)
- develop a kidsphone based on the fic device
ideas about the kidsphone:
- it is basically a profile.
- when that profile is activated the main menu show pictures of four main contacts the kid can call
- the phone sends the gps position periodically to a server where the parents can locate the kid
- this profile cannot be left without a password
